Once you live in an Imagine Home, you can spot them a mile away. The electronic door system is top notch. Also, the portal for payment on rent/utilities matches all other high-end rental properties which is easy to use and makes paying your bills easy. They elevate properties to be safe and in good repair. I would absolutely consider renting with them again.

From acceptance to an all-cash closing, the selling process was over in just two weeks. Afterwards, we needed a place to stay as we did not expect to sell our home so quick, and we ended up renting back our just-sold home for 6 weeks while we looked for another home. Maintenance has always been very quick and responsive. I have never lived anywhere with a property management that was as great and professional as imagine homes. I relocated and Tony from Imagine Homes got me into a place within 24 hrs, I believe. 8 months into my lease I wanted to transfer to a house they had for rent. Once again Tony came through and got everything transferred within a couple of days so I could move in.
The rent they charge is very reasonable for the Minneapolis area. Viewing the homes is easy with the app that lets you view the place in person and when you choose to go. The places do rent very quickly because of the way to view homes and the competitive pricing of the rent. Any issue I've had that required repairs or maintenance were taken care of in a timely manner. I would recommend renting from them as opposed to other rental management companies in the area. It has been a great experience so far.

Victoria and her team were delightful to work with throughout our entire stay in the Imagine Homes property. The home was renovated just before we moved in and everything was in pristine condition with a modern and fresh look to the house. Victoria, our property manager, took the time to check in. make sure we had all of the info we needed, was highly responsive, and really went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. If we had not purchased a home, we would've been lifetime renters with Imagine Homes.

I've been renting a home with Imagine for just over a year, and can't say enough about how great it has been! The house is beautifully updated, and the management team puts a lot of work into upkeep to ensure it remains a great place to live! Anytime an issue arises, Tim has been out to fix it same day (or next day if it wasn't an emergency), and I know I can trust him to do a GREAT job. Stephanie has also been very helpful in the leasing process, understanding my unique circumstances and providing options that meet my needs. Would recommend renting with them if you're on the market!

My experience with Imagine Homes has been nothing but positive. We lived in one of their rental units for 1.5 years. The interior was flawless; I think we had all new appliances, flooring, cabinets, etc. More importantly, everything has held up perfectly; they clearly invest in quality properties. Their payment portal for rent & utilities makes everything so easy, as does the Rently keyless entry & thermostat control. Every single maintenance request I submitted was addressed promptly (sometimes by the next day!). Last, the resident services manager that assisted us was always super friendly and helpful (thanks Victoria!). Would recommend Imagine Homes to anyone, 10/10.

I’ve rented with Imagine Homes the past two years and have nothing but positive things to say. Every rental I had/toured was renovated, clean, with updated appliances. My houses were linked to a mobile application where I could easily pay bills, submit maintenance requests, adjust the thermostat, and even lock my doors. Maintenance requests were always addressed promptly with excellent communication. I worked specifically with Victoria who was nothing but wonderful. Always quick to reply and willing to help. Than our giant cottonwoods started dropping huge branches from 30-40' up. Worried about me grilling in the backyard or our bedroom getting hit we called and they sent out a 5 man crew for 5 hours trimming the heck out of than thing! The very next weekend we had massive winds that caused havoc for the whole country let alone our neighborhood. But thanks to them caring about their property they did things right and we are safe.
It feels like they are on my side and are worth what we pay! Thanks!

I am the current tenant for the company imagine homes in the Pittsburg suburbs area. And I can say I am beyond happy where I am living now. The home I moved into is fully remodeled with a beautiful kitchen and fenced in backyard. I can definitely say that the company has made a BIG INVESTMENT to make sure the house is very comfortable and modern. Also they make the payment system to pay the rent and utilities very convenient, all through one app. I am not a fan of the convenience fee which is not a lot but it’s understandable makes things a lot easier for the tenant and those services cost money. I am a new tenant been with Imagine homes for about two months I can say I have no complaints. I honestly feel like the goal of imagine homes is to make you feel like a homeowner but without having to actually fully buy a home. Thank you!!

So I’m working on my second year now renting with imagine homes! Our experience thus far has been way beyond expectations! Since day one we have felt as if we were important, not that we were just another number not just another renter but a valued customer! Between the on boarding process, making payments, maintenance issues and any questions, comments, or complaints have been attended to promptly and respectfully. With imagine homes between they’re communication and never ending pursuit to have satisfied tenants we really won’t be living with anyone else until we buy!!!
