A year-end message of thanks from Imagine Homes

As we count down to the end of 2021, we want to extend our heartfelt thanks to all the people who helped make this an exciting and inspiring year. It’s been an incredible journey for us as a company. And we couldn’t have done it without the different people who make what we do possible.

From sellers who entrusted us with their homes, to our residents who choose to live in an Imagine Home; to the different vendors, and of course, every team member across our different markets in the Midwest—you’ve all made 2021 an incredible adventure.

Here’s Jon Frank, CEO of Imagine Homes Management, with a message from all of us to all of you:

TRANSCRIPT:

Hey, there! I’m Jon Frank, the CEO of Imagine Homes. Since I joined Imagine Homes in 2019, the company has grown from about 120 houses to over 1,000; from 11 employees to nearly 50.

2021 was madness, and mostly in a good way. We opened two new markets, St. Louis and Kansas City; we’re now over 1,000 houses across the Midwest; and we’ve somehow managed to find the best people.

It’s so hard in today’s market, to recruit and to retain great talent, and again somehow, we’ve done exactly that. I feel incredibly lucky to be able to say that we’ve been successful in hiring some of the best people I’ve ever bumped into in my career.

Going forward, in 2022, we’re going to be opening three new markets, and the first up will be Indianapolis. We’re going to be buying homes in Indianapolis in the next month. So, Indy—here we come! January 2022.

So, to those of you who’ve already been part of our journey, thank you for coming along for the ride, and thank you for your patience along the way. We are fired up about the future.
